What is monsplasty?
Monsplasty is a procedure that reduces the amount of fatty tissue and/or skin, depending on the cause of the bulge in the mons, the upper part of the hair-bearing part of the vulva.
What is a recovery like?
Patients may have one or two weeks of downtime and intercourse should be avoided for six to eight weeks depending on the procedure. Dr. Campos-Leon will provide more details about aftercare following the procedure.
